One-day conference on exploring the frontiers of political ecology

International conference on exploring the frontiers of political ecology – October 11, 2016Lausanne, Switzerland

Join us for a day to explore the frontiers of political ecology.  During this full-day colloquium, researchers, PhD students and practitioners will have the opportunity to discuss the field of political ecology through two public lectures and two workshops. The focus will be on how political ecology is appropriated, used, and reworked across disciplines and research traditions, and to assess whether bridging political ecology with other disciplines might be the way in which political ecology can continue to enrich its future contributions to understanding pressing issues of environmental sustainability and social justice.
