The POLLEN18 organizing committee is pleased to announce that a first draft of the complete/detailed conference programme is now available for viewing (below and on Google Sheets). In addition to the overview of panels, scroll down for information about the papers/presentations scheduled for inclusion in each session.
With around 120 panels and nearly 500 presentations scheduled across three days, the programme is inevitably quite dense. As a result, we are requesting that participants take a look at the scheduling of their respective session(s) and presentation(s) to confirm that there are no conflicts. If there are any issues, please get in touch, and we will do our best (as far as possible) to incorporate your preferences.
Relatedly, registration for the POLLEN18 Welcome Reception at Oslo City Hall on the evening of 19 June is now open. Light drinks and snacks will be served, followed by a tour of the premises. Please note that the reception can accommodate a maximum of only 400 guests, so do make sure to register early in order to avoid disappointment.
