The Royal Netherlands Institute for Southeast Asian and Caribbean Studies (KITLV) have started to set up a research line on Governance of Climate Change Adaptation (https://www.kitlv.nl/governance-of-climate-change-adaptation/ ) for which they have secured funding for an interdisciplinary pilot programme entitled: Climate change and governance in Indonesia and the Caribbean: A pilot program on marine protected areas (MPA’s) and coastal nature reserves.
The 2-year programme connects in several ways with the aims and activities of POLLEN. They are now advertising a Post-doc position. This 2-year pilot will hopefully lead to a number of methodological articles, fieldwork experience, a strong, interdisciplinary consortium and a proposal for a larger, integrated follow-up research programme.
